As the owner of Palmerston Pre-primary I am privileged to work with the most amazing group of people who share my love for children. I have worked in the educational environment for over 15 years. It is important to me to keep abreast of changes and adapt oneself to meet them. I believe that one must ensure up to date relevant teaching, without compromising quality and effectiveness to the outcome we want from our learners.

My journey with Palmerton began in 2001 as the teacher for the 3-4 year old class. I held this position for 8 years until I was offered the position of office administration assistant. I saw this as an opportunity for me to bring together my knowledge of teaching and my qualification as a secretary. I interact with parents from an administrative point of view, and children when I engage with them in their classrooms. My passion is to see young children develop into strong, independent individuals.

I believe that this happens where children are motivated, supported and loved by both their educators and parents. It has been a privilege to see many young children leave us and grow into beautiful, successful young adults.
